What is Mediation?

Mediation is a private and confidential process in which an independent impartial person helps the parties to develop options and reach mutually agreed resolutions.

What is Family Dispute Resolution?

Family Dispute Resolution is defined as ‘a process in which a family dispute resolution practitioner, who is independent of all parties, to resolve issues in dispute.’

The Family Law Act changed in 2005, making it now a requirement, if you have children under 18, to attend family dispute resolution prior to going to court (except in certain situations).

  • Parenting Plans & Child Access
  • Property Settlements
  • Legally Assisted Mediations

  • Blended Families

What is Alternate Dispute Resolution?

  • Will / estate disputes
  • Elder mediations
