“Resolving conflict is rarely about who is right. It’s about acknowledgement and appreciation of difference”

One party would contact Michelle for an initial consultation to discuss the process
Both parties would meet separately with Michelle – this can be done in person, via Zoom or telephone.
In this session, the mediation process is explained and an understanding of the issues are discussed and the appropriateness of mediation is established
Mediation is then scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
The mediation can last around 3 hours.
Michelle will guide both parties through a flexible process to empower them to reach agreements.
These agreements can be parenting and property related.
When the agreement is reached, a written agreement will be prepared and signed.
